Consultations take place weekly at either The Practice Rooms in central Norwich, or the Saxon Centre in Beccles in Suffolk. The fee is £45 and sessions last 50 minutes. I offer appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; some Saturday and evening appointments are available. Due to Covid-19, I am also offering Zoom appointments for those who are unable to attend face to face consultations.
When you call we will arrange an initial appointment to discuss what is troubling you and I can answer any questions you may have about both myself or counselling. We will confirm that we can work together and how many appointments you may need.
I believe counselling to be a holistic process, integrating all aspects of the person: mind, body, social and spiritual. I will work collaboratively with you to integrate each element through the exploration of the development of patterns of behaviour and thinking, and finding new ways of approaching challenges.
My background is in therapeutic trauma work, exploring complex themes such as sexual and domestic abuse and violence, as well as anxiety, depression and grief.
